Are your Products handmade?

We purchase blanks from.suppliers and then we personalised and make your items for you

How do I add my personalisation image?

When you go to add a product to your cart, you'll see an upload button where you can add your image or design. Simply click the upload button, select your file from your device, and it will be attached to your order. We accept most common image formats including JPG, PNG, and PDF.

If you have any trouble uploading, please email your image to admin@prismandprint.co.uk with your order number and we'll take care of it for you.

Can I use my own design?

Yes! We love working with your personal designs, photos, and artwork. Simply upload your image when placing your order, and we'll print it on your chosen product. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI).

Do you offer bulk buy discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders! If you're ordering multiple items for an event, business, or special occasion, please contact us at admin@prismandprint.co.uk with details of what you need, and we'll provide you with a custom quote.




Can I see a proof before you print?

Yes! For certain products or upon request, we can send you a digital proof before we begin production. Just let us know in the order notes or contact us after placing your order.



What products can be personalised?

All of our products can be personalised with your own images, text, or designs! This includes our slate items, drinkware, textiles, seasonal decorations, and plush animals. Each product page will show the personalisation options available. 






SHIPPING

What are your shipping times?

All Prism & Print products are made to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of purchase. Because many items require materials or blanks to be ordered in before printing, occasional delays may occur. If this happens, we'll keep you updated.

Once dispatched, delivery is typically handled by Royal Mail or another trusted carrier. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. We offer standard Royal Mail delivery for UK orders, with tracked options available. For international orders, shipping rates will vary depending on your country and are displayed before you complete your purchase.


RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Because all of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged due to a production error. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives with a fault caused during production, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the fault is confirmed to be ours, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all items begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not possible once work has started. If you need to amend an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help if we can, but changes are not guaranteed.
