Prism & Print – Terms of Service

1. Overview

Prism & Print creates made‑to‑order products with care, intention, and attention to detail. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both you and our small creative studio.

2. Made‑to‑Order Production

• All items are created specifically for you once your order is placed.

• Production times may vary depending on the product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

• Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish are normal in handmade and made‑to‑order items and are not considered faults.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required at checkout before production begins.

• Prism & Print reserves the right to update pricing at any time, but changes will never affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

• Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

• Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives with a fault caused by us.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• If the fault is confirmed to be ours, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

• If you need to amend an order, contact us as soon as possible — we will help if we can, but changes are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, artwork, characters, branding, and product concepts are the intellectual property of Prism & Print.

• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any of our designs or products without written permission.

• Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to the underlying artwork or design.

7. Personal Use Only

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold for personal use.

Commercial use, resale, or reproduction is not permitted.

8. Privacy

We only use your information to process your order, communicate with you, and fulfil legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where necessary for shipping or payment processing.
