Prism & Print – Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All Prism & Print products are made to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of purchase.
Because many items require materials or blanks to be ordered in before printing, occasional delays may occur. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically handled by Royal Mail or another trusted carrier.
Please note:
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
• Weather, postal strikes, customs checks, and seasonal demand may affect delivery times.
• Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, responsibility for transit lies with them.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed:
• Please allow a reasonable amount of time for postal delays, especially during busy seasons.
• If your parcel is marked as lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.
