Prism & Print – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Prism & Print, every item is made to order with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or personal preference.
However, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives with a fault that has occurred on our end, we will always make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item has a fault caused during the making or production process:
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess what went wrong.
• If the fault is confirmed to be ours, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We Cannot Accept Returns or Issue Refunds For
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
• Personal preference after receiving the item
• Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish that naturally occur in handmade and made‑to‑order products
• Wear and tear from use
Cancellations
Because all items begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not possible once work has started.
