Because many items require materials or blanks to be ordered in before printing, occasional delays may occur. If this happens, we'll keep you updated. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier. Once dispatched, delivery is typically handled by Royal Mail or another trusted carrier. • Weather, postal strikes, customs checks, and seasonal demand may affect delivery times
• Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, responsibility for transit lies with them
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item has a fault caused during the making or production process:• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
• If the fault is confirmed to be ours, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost
We Cannot Accept Returns or Issue Refunds For:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
• Personal preference after receiving the item
• Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish that naturally occur in handmade and made‑to‑order products
• Wear and tear from use
Cancellations are not possible once work has started.
